Work is damaging me and I don't know how to manage the time pressure and stress
Post Body

So I used to be part time. Went full time. It sucks.

I struggle with sleeping. I'm low on energy. I crash every afternoon/evening. I'm irritable and horrible to be around. I don't have the time to exercise the amount I'd like. I don't have any time at all for projects and interests outside of work and family. My libido is dead. I don't want to be around anyone because I'm socially exhausted from the day.

I can't change my hours until the end of the year because my work is on a time cycle type thing. I'll be dropping at least a day a week next year, but that seems like so far away.

How the hell does anyone work full time and be a happy, healthy, fulfilled individual? How does anyone who is beyond time poor (time destitute?) do anything other that work, recover from work, or prepare for work?

I honestly feel like work is killing me from stress, forcing poor lifestyle habits, and stealing time from me.
