I've done full time. I've done part time. I've done extended periods off. I know that five days on with weekends off is horrible for me. My health declines, I'm stressed, time poor, and lose sight of why I do anything at all when I'm full time.
I was three days a week in '20 and '21. Went five days this year and instantly hated it. I did post here about it and there was plenty of constructive suggestions, but unfortunately it isn't possible to change hours until the end of the year. But I've resolved to definitely go back to three days. I'm lucky to be in a position to do so.
What is your threshold?
