Simple living lead me to nihilism
Post Body

So I started to whittle everything down to its simplest form. Cut things that were superfluous. Don't want for material objects. Reject popular culture and minimise my digital presence.

I started to ask "why" about everything. And i ran out of answers. It seems like I have distilled everything down to it not mattering. Like if you say the same word over and over it starts to sound strange and lose its form and meaning.

I've really struggled with this. Simple living has started to equate to minimalism, which lead to nihilism. This has been really hard to deal with internally though and put me in some dark places. Has anyone else followed this path?
