Since treating my rented room as my home, it's become easier to let go.
Post Body

So a little while ago I asked this reddit how to let go off items ect due to hoarding nature. And recently with some useful tips like asking what purpose it brings ect. I've finally been able to declutter, and one of the main ways that has helped me is to start treating my room that I pay rent to live in as a apartment/home. The more i've done this more chores quickly unfold and the more stuff I've seen collecting dust or broken, or thats simply pure rubbish, i've managed to thrown away or donate.

Seeing my place more like a home has enabled me to start having a routine and likeness to cleaning it and keeping it tidy, I know not a huge deal to most but to me as someone who hoards and barely puts things back were they belong, this is the longest i've kept things clean and tidied.

I hope it continues to be like this and only to get better. Thanks for the help from the other post :)
