For future reference anyone seeing this. CA 104 as an OLC is the worst class I've taken at SFU PERIOD. Its hard to learn music by reading and writing with no help and no lectures or tutorials. I have TA markers and I call them for help and they don't even know how to help me because they are not meant to have office hours. Also they told me they hate the Teacher (Janet Danielson) and her not peer reviewed book you have to buy because it teaches music theory in the worst and spiritual sense that makes no sense. They don't change the quizzes or tests from the past years/ other class that used other material meaning the tests have questions not taught CONSTANTLY. Class sucks if its this proff and especially as an OLC. Don't do it.
