Applying to SFU as a degree holder

Does anyone know if SFU will let me be admitted for a second bachelors degree?
I’m a recent graduate from Emily Carr University, looking to do a CMNS bachelors degree. However, whenever I go on to EducationBC to apply it lists me as a ‘non-degree’ applicant.
I already emailed admissions for an inquiry, but I want to see if anyone else has had an experience doing so.
