Hello folks! Planning a possible move from East Coast to LA - really need the sun! :)
Any ideas about which would be better - Simi Valley or SFV (West Hills, Chatsworth, Granada Hills)?
Our budget will be around 900K for a single family home. We would love a safe and clean neighborhood, also value diversity of people opinion and from all walks of life, and would love a friendly welcoming place where our sexual orientation doesn't matter, just that we are good people :)
Love both the ocean and hiking trails. Any advice between these two choices is welcome. We hope to make this our home for a long time and have a decent inclusive community. Ojai seems amazing (nice new-age-y vibe) but too far off for commute. Simi has more bang for the buck so are considering it.
Thanks for all your kind advice! Any input from same sex couples in Simi would be great!
