I'm not trying to be disrespectful but we've noticed that everywhere we go in town, the Russians we see (distinguishable by the women wearing traditional clothes) are consistently not wearing masks.
In fact, we don't think we've ever witnessed any of them wearing masks.
We're newish to town and our sources have only been a few people and they didn't know for sure.
Before I go full on thinking that they are just being assholes, I'd like to know if it's a religious thing.
