To follow up on my previous post this has been a very useful subreddit and I really appreciate it. Now before I get into the next question, I don't mean network to find a job or anything like that, but more just meeting new people and maybe poking their brain about the area. Having that out of the way I was wondering if there are any good places to network with people in Silicon Valley in particular? I imagine there are tons of meetup groups and my particular skills are more related to Python (and more recently Java) but open to all suggestions. Also are there any water holes or pubs, etc. that are good for connecting with people in the area? Once this whole coronavirus mess is over I am thinking of visiting the are more extensively ahead of time to see if I like it. My initial impressions are that I do and would like to maybe network a little. Thanks!
