Thoughts on inspiration as secondary tree?

Hello everyone! I wanted to hear some thoughts about taking inpiration as secondary instead of resolve or sorcery. Has anyone tried that? I think that the additional atk speed on shyvana is better than some health or ad for clearing. Also I really like going magical footwear and approach velocity, they feel really good (expecially approach velocity to stick to targets)! But I'm just a low elo scrub so I'm curious if someone can explain me why resolve/sorcery are more popular or just hear some feedback if you tried inspiration too!
