Does psilocybin degrade after grinding?

I like to grind up my dried mushrooms and use them in powder form, mostly in tea for microdosing. Since it's mostly for microdosing, I don't go through it very fast so the ground mushrooms have been sitting in the jar for quite some time (maybe 3 grams worth for a few months at this point). I guess my question is how is psilocybins shelf life? Does grinding it effect it's longevity?
