Any tips for first Shroom trip? I’ve done ayahuasca before on a retreat (three times over a weekend. Very positive spiritual experience) and frequently used cannabis for many years. Aiming to gain insight, self care and meditate

My wife is supportive and kid will be sleeping. Plan on doing it in my man cave with some good tunes (reggae, John Hopkins playlist), maybe watch my fav movies (back to the future trilogy, Groundhog Day). And just some quit time praying, writing. I have golden teacher and gonna take 1.5 grams and maybe booster .5 or 1g an hour and 1/2 afterwards if I don’t really feel it. Any tips, recommendations or word of advice?
