Made spawn too dry by surrounding it in a heating pad.

First time growing, I made a mistake of leaving the spawn in 60 degree weather for 2 weeks, didn't see any progress so I moved the spawn into a diffrent area, 3 jars wrapped in a heating pad for 3 day, made the glasses very warm. Seeing mycilium in one jar, all the spawn in the glasses super dry...can I add a bit of dystilled water via syringe? Currently the heating pad moved above the jars.
