Shroom capsules

I was just wondering if I were to grind up dried shrooms put it into capsules and just take a few if I would trip the same as I would from just eating them straight? If not what is the best method to consuming shrooms for someone who literally throws up from the taste I always wash down with lots of soda or juice to hide the flavor because Iām so scared of throwing it up and wasting them.
