How to transfer from jar to bulk? Help.....

Whats up y'all? Hey so I have 9 jars of PES Hawaiian going right now. The vast majority are doing phenomenal. There are like 2 or 3 that have mycelium growing but only on one side of the jar and that is it. It is a massive patch tho in all of them. I would like to take these and transfer them to a bulk substrate but no idea how. Any tips or how to would be super. Thanks!!!
