HELP! What's the best place to inoculate?

I don't have a flow hood or anything like that, I have 70% isopropyl in a mist bottle ready to go. I have soap for my hands (and the alcohol) a mask, a lighter, my syringe of GT spores, my grain spawn, and Lysol. Am I missing anything for inoculation? Where is the best place in a house to do this? What would be the proper steps with everything I have? Is there such thing as overkill for the alcohol??? Please help!!!
