Need a bit of advice - First Timer

Began the first havest 3 days ago (pins popping up everywhere even the sides of the tub) been havesting pins there where almost ready to open (before work and before sleep) maybe at bit to early? When is it time for the next flush and which preparations should i make? The amount of pins i rapidly decreasing.
