Two silly questions:

- For dehydration of shrooms, is an Air-Fryer with a "dehydrate" setting or a fan acceptable for drying them out? I just picked a few and don't want them to rot.
- The supermarket near me was out of BRF so I got the same brand, but Almond Flour instead. Do y'all suppose it'd be suitable or did I just make a big goof?
