Is this contam/mold on my growkit?

Hi! First time grower here, just wondering if these black spots on the bottom of my growkit are any indicators of contamination. I followed the instructions given on the site to a T. Should i worry about this? I don’t see anything up top. Any kind of help is appreciated!
