I followed the PGT broke boi tek to the letter. Sterilized the shit out of the equipment, workspace, and myself. Multiple jars with multiple points of colonization were looking pretty good after a couple weeks, especially for it being a little chilly lately.

This week during the checkup I found contamination around the edges of the mycelium that was not there 7 days ago. The rice itself seems to be deteriorating very fast. Notice the pink-ish hue in some areas.

What happened and how can I prevent it?
