What was this terrible feeling?

Hello and good evening, my fellow shroom users.

Just as a preliminary factor to this conversation, I do want to notate I have taken acid and mushrooms in college 10 years from then I am now someone who has started taking mushrooms again initially at a frequency of twice a month then four times a month then weekly then I started to scale back then I started to do it every three days for two weeks and I encountered something I have not before.

Last week I took an eighth on Monday and tripped fairly hard in that I felt and saw my room elevating primarily my bed, and that of course was the peak moment off, of some shrooms from a new plug.

Two days later, I took some slightly less potent shrooms from another Plug. I had recently met who grows them. His strain is penis envy, which I’ve heard is a very potent strain. However, I am sure many different people have many different qualities of a strain so it’s hard for me to tell what’s strong or weak based off of a glance.

Anyway, I did have this feeling that I’ve had before of prior Shroom trips off of chocolate bars with real shrooms in them. At peak trip moments when I would laugh or do something that made me exceptionally happy and I got too excited I would have an unpleasant sensation almost like overloading in my brain for perhaps a fraction of a second or a second.

During this overloading. From my perception, I technically lost site and it was replaced with what I remember to be something like an old TV’s static screen. Perhaps it was a medley of black-and-white.

Obviously, this frighten me, but I’ve always been incredibly lucid during trips and very capable of self coaching. During these times, I’ll try to sit down and stop doing everything focus on my breathing and just think simple rather than positive or negative thoughts and try to collect myself. Sometimes I’ll grip a stress ball moderately hard to also focus some of the tension in my body elsewhere.

I’m not sure what this is, but I have a subsequent story as well.

A few days after that since I considered this experience to be a fluke or perhaps just myself needing an extra day of tolerance, I took shrooms I would say three days after that.

During the end of my trip, I smoked my nicotine vape, which I always do intermittently throughout my trips. And I felt a tad unsettled in my stomach, so I went to lay down, and I drank some water. When I went back for a second sip, I pulled the water in my mouth and rapidly drained it into my throat, using the suction of my cheeks kind of how you would do if you were just being a bit silly with the water in your mouth.

At this moment, I experienced what I would describe as silent ringing in my brain, as well as, perhaps a very primal sense of fear or panic my guess is perhaps my body thought it was drowning. It was an extremely unpleasant feeling. While it was not painful, it was something that I would definitely not wish to be locked in, and I took the same approach out about it taking about a half minute more to calm down of active breathing and self coaching.

This feeling occurred shortly after when I tried to rest and laid on the bed with one eye open, as I lay on my side with my head on the pillow. As my eye began to fully droop, and then again experienced this panic feeling and quickly set up and focused on my breathing and some positive thoughts.

I would think that perhaps my brain was negatively reacting to how often I was taking shrooms combine with a perhaps fighter flight type of response.

Would any of you know what the feeling is between either the static vision or this primal panic?
