Sterile grow kit - how to?

Never grown before, only used. I have a sterile mondo growth kit and a spore syringe of Golden Teachers.
But I can't find any tutorials on how to use a growth kit that isn't already inoculated.
Does anyone of you know how to do this, is it the same process as the premade ones with the exception of my having to inoculate the kit myself?
