I was wondering how many of you use shrooms to help with your mental health or healing journey & how that is for you?
I took 3g-ish (tbh i just took a chunk lol so idk) yesterday because I was so activated from the election and needed to ground. It was truly the best thing I’ve done. I usually only use shrooms for spiritual practices and outdoors in a cabin somewhere. This was the first time spontaneously taking it & was surprised by how wonderful it was and how much I needed it and how much it helped!!
