LC Pre-Mix how to use? Instructions half cut off.

So I got this from a friend who got it as a free gift when he got some liquid culture syringe’s, and he doesn’t know what to do with it. And I don’t know what to do with it or how to use it either. Half the words are cut off so instructions are unclear?
Anyone else have experience with this stuff that could give me a how to or some advice? I’d appreciate it tons!
