Is it possible that if I took clonazepam last night (2mg) that it would interfere with the psilocibin?

I took it last night to sleep better and today to be resting and calm, however I took 0.9 grams of mushrooms 50 minutes ago and I still don't feel anything
It would really suck if I ruined my trip because they were the last 6 capsules I had left and they were very expensive.
