I was consistently microdosing for a long time, but last month I totally fell off the routine and my mental health really declined—more anxiety, depression, mood swings, and just feeling heavy and off.
I started taking them again recently, and wow, I couldn’t believe how quickly my spirit and mindset improved. It’s like a fog lifted. It made me realize just how much of a difference it makes when I stick with it.
What’s weird is it took me so long to put two and two together... like I didn’t fully recognize just how much the mushrooms were helping me until I went without them for a bit.
Has anyone else noticed such a dramatic shift when you get back on track after a break?
