Muscle spasms/pain in shoulders and back 8 hours after dosing?

I took some of my homegrown mushrooms yesterday (lemontek) and had a great experience. I did about 4 grams nothing crazy. Had a good time, went out to eat for my grandmas birthday, came home and went to bed. I got up around midnight to pee (as usual) and I started getting the worst pain in my shoulders, back, and neck. Like Satan himself was giving me a massage with hands of molten steel. Almost brought me to tears and I haven’t cried from pain since I was a kid. Any ideas on what could have happened? I was low key scared of dying from a stroke or something. Any insight is appreciated.
