Is there a "safe dose" with family history of psychosis?

I have two friends who are curious about shrooms. Both have family history of psychosis, they never had any issues themselves though, yet...? 2 friends, 2 different friend groups lol

They have smoked pot in the past on rare occasion. Pretty prim and proper all around.

What I'm wondering of there's such thing as a "safe dose" that would okay for them try. Obviously you can't stop anyone if they decide they're going to try something and reddit is not PubMed 🤣 or should be used as a guide.

However, I'm curious to hear the opinion and experiences of the community with microdosing and low doses up to 1g in similar circumstances.
