Question about 2nd flush preparation

This shoebox already gave me a first flush(about 200G JMF), and I wanna soak it to get a second flush, before I do so there are tens of these tiny little ones that I'm too lazy to pluck. Can I just leave them in? Or do I have to remove them all before I dunk it?
