This is going to be my first time cloning genetics, I’ve got agar plates being delivered today and plan to clone the chonkiest fruit of my current grow-
I’ve read I can just slice some flesh from the inner stem and place it in the agar dish; but then how should it be stored? Probably at a similar temp to colonizing temps? Around 75-80 degrees Fahrenheit? Once that mycelium starts growing do I continue to keep it at this temp or move to fridge?
Am I wrong all together? Lmk- I’m a noob with agar & cloning!
