Bad trip or bad shrooms?

So last night I took 4gs and all was fun and games until about 2-3 hours in then my whole body started to tense up and started having random spasms. I don’t really take them that often but never had that happen before and it had been a little mushy and had a black spot on it, so easy to say it scared the shit out of me so anyone know if I’m just being a pussy or did I get some bad stuff?
