Hi, I probably take shrooms different than most but hey no judgment, I came on here to ask about daft BECAUSE I couldnā€™t find anything else on here

I tend to take around 10g a week, and I understand that is probably too much? But I am currently crawling my way out of depression and am nearly there after 2-3 weeks of trying shroom therapy along with antidepressants (zoloft).

When I dose I usually ā€œtripā€ twice a week where I take 3-5g OVER 6 hours. I like to ride the mushroom buzz to get philosophical, solve my problems, and do some art/light work. And then at 4am have a quick 5 minute trip whenever it decides to hit mešŸ˜

Then on days where I donā€™t trip I tend to take .2g (best guess usually a stem smaller than my fingernail.)

My questions areā€¦

Is 10g a week too much?

Is it okay to microdose everyday?

And is there lasting damage to taking 10g a week particularly to my circulation system/heart. (I notice I am very veiny but the weather is also warming up)

I donā€™t want you guys thinking Iā€™m a degenerate drug addict who is abusing shrooms. Iā€™m not sure if my current use is abuse? But I used to be into some pretty hard drugs and it used to be that I did drugs to be high and escape. Now I see it as a tool to better understand myself so that I can make changes for when Iā€™m sober.
