Grow Bag Question

I have some Equadors in a grow bag that are growing pretty rapidly, but I have two or three that seem to be growing much faster than the rest. This is my first grow and I’m trying to see if I need to be concerned about releasing spores from the few mature ones. Will it hurt the rest? The bag is sealed and I was told not to open it until I was ready to harvest them due to contamination risk. Do I open the bag and take those out and reseal it?
It’s a lot of questions, but I appreciate any help.
