Shroom turning yellow

Hey all. I’ve had these shrooms for quite awhile(6 months). And have stored them in double ziplock bags, in a gun safe. Out of all elements. I never went and bought silica bags or anything. But they’ve stayed dry. The one on the left started turning yellow. Is that due to age, or moisture? It used to be colored like the one on the right. Did it go bad and should I throw it out? Mush love
