Shrooms and Lexapro?

I've read that SSRI's can dampen trips or cause other problems, but I'm wondering if anyone can tell me how normal my experiences have been? Apologies for this being a bit disorganized.

I was on 15mg of Lexapro, but wanted to get down to a lower dose since it was affecting my ability to be creative. I microdosed on golden teacher maybe 3 times within the span of a month... I think around .2 or .3 grams each time, always a week apart or more, feelings for me were a little similar to cannabis, but no visuals, and more of a body high.

I went down to 10mg of Lexapro after that and was fine. When I tried to do this previously it wasnt working for me and I had to go back up to 15. I'm currently still on 10 and have tried a few bigger microdoses since then.

The largest I've taken was either .6 or .8g. I've experienced visuals with those, and even on .5g. I've also sometimes been able to "feel" qi/energy that I could feel by doing Tai chi and meditation but without doing any of that, except it's sometimes been like a much stronger magnetic field than anything I've felt. From what I've read isn't it supposed to take more than that for visuals? Especially with an SSRI potentially dampening the effect? Could this mean I just have a higher sensitivity to psilocybin?

I've also noticed that I'll have weird dreams for a while after taking shrooms.

I'm not ready to lower my Lexapro dose again yet, but wondering if anyone else has been in a similar situation? If I do want to trip, based on how sensitive I seem to be to smaller doses what would others reccomend?
