Question about others experiences with Shroom edibles….

I have had much experience with taking shrooms over the last 10 years but recently I came across “psychedelic gummies” . NOT SOURCING OR SELLING OR GIVING ANY ADDITIONAL INFO, just wanted to ask what’s a reasonable amount if there is 300mg per gummie? Anyone have experience with this?
