When should I shake?

Okay so usually when injecting I make sure to put some spores at the very bottom of the bag or out towards the sides so it’s easier to spot growth and gauge how it’s going. I spaced on it this time and just shot them into the center, anybody got a rough estimate on how long I should wait to shake the bag and check out the progress?
