For New Year’s I went to the 9:30 Club in DC to see George Clinton. Holy shiiit. Just as the music started the shrooms hit and it was incredible. Going for a ride during that felt like I was on another planet. At a certain point I couldn’t tell if it was the shrooms or the music but it possessed me like a demon. What was two hours felt like six. I’m writing this coming out of it to capture the moment. This year hasn’t been everything I wanted but this was a stellar way to end it. Happy tripping in 2023 everyone!
