First grain jars ready?

I have a couple of grain jars that I inoculated (forgot the strain) several weeks ago and want to get an opinion if this is ready to send yet. All of the grain has mycelium growing on them but I'm thinking they need a few more days to get completely white. Thoughts?
I have to say the mycelium is looking really cool at this stage.
