Should I break these grow bags to speed up colonization?

I have some GT on right and B on the left that are doing pretty well. Trying to decide if I should break them up or let them continue to sit over the long weekend. I’m leaving tomorrow until Monday. It’s also my first time so looking to the hive-mind for help.
