first time trying shrooms advice

Hey guys
Me and 3 mates are going to try shrooms for the first time, we have used the zamnesia dosage calculator to work out our doses. I am 73kg and it recommends 2.4 g. How strong will the effects be and is there anything we should know or expect. we do have a trip sitter and are taking the strain pes Amazonian Cubensis.
