First grow, do I need to toss this tub due to contamination?

Hello, I was taking a look at my tub today and noticed a green-ish fleck on the surface. I attempted to swab it and see if the green color came off onto the q-tip but all I could see was substrate. After rotating the tub around, I noticed this spot in the middle of my substrate.
I’m thinking it’s probably trich, I just need someone to confirm and tell me to toss it.
