Spore Syringe (Need Advice)

I recently purchased Albino P.E. spores. In the syringe, it was white and fluffy. Google says they're good while other places say they've germinated in the syringe (Is this bad?). They were also in shipping for about a week in what was I'm assuming high and cool temperatures experienced in fluctuation. I would post photos, but my phone has no wifi.
