Is this the start of contam? APE grow

This tub has been closed up for the last 20 days, until tonight. The last couple of days it grew the large white cluster on the side. I have been lucky with my first two tubs and haven’t had to deal with contam yet. Trying to learn some telltale signs, catch anything I can early.
