First time with agar agar. Do I need to use parafilm around the edges? I'm using condiment cups

I plan on going from agar to lc 1.. Do I need to parafilm the edges? 2. Do I keep them in my still air box or can I move them to another smaller bin? 3. Do u need to refrigerate them as the colony grows or can I leave them out?
