Every time I grow I learn new ways to get it wrong... help

Went to take pics of my abysmal failure and noticed I have growth! Yea! Seriously not nearly enough. Just set up a martha tent in a closet that has a vent, came out of the spawn bag over a month ago. Nothing until this morning. And just a few, certainly not enough medicine to last!
