Is this fucked? Tried a new method for sanitization of the sub. I think or was low on moisture.

I tried a new method for water to cocour recipe. I think it was too dry...I had a very small harvest before they all started to abort. I had a few drop spores but nothing to write home about.
I soaked my sub for 24 hrs. Drained and now everything looks real strange. Is this bin fucked? Should I just start over?
