Need some shrimp help.
Post Body

Hi everyone I have some questions to ask everyone. First off let me start by saying I'm pretty new at this shrimp tank thing. I got some cherrys, crystals and mandarin shrimp the other day and also have had a couple mandarin in my tank already. All seemed to be looking well for a few days atleast even discovered that one of my former Mandarin was pregnant, so naturally I was happy. The last few days though I discovered 4 of my shrimp had died. It bummed me out but I thought maybe cause they are more sensitive then fish it was natural to lose a few. Again beginner at this so probably a dumb thought. Then this morning my wife and I discovered our Pregnant Mandarin dead. That really bummed me out causes shes been through two stressed out rehomings since we got her, figured she was pretty tough. So now I'm lost on what to do. We use RO water, though not sure right now being at work what the numbers for my tests were they didn't look any different from my 50g community tank expect the water being a bit softer. I feed them shrimp cuisine and algee wafers, but not sure if I'm feeding them enough. How much should I be feeding about 20 or so shrimp? Is there a better food or different food I should give them and is there anything else I need to focus on for them. Any tip red flags or just anything I should look for would help. Please help me out here, please!!! Thanks
