New tank/blending colonies advice

So I currently have 6 neos (green and orange) in one tank and like 15ish (red) in another. After the holiday I’m interested in cycling something bigger for them (probably a globe if I can find a decent one) and putting everyone in there together. So I guess my questions are:

-Do folks have recommendations for taking stuff from the established tanks (gravel, plants, etc) to put in the new one without completely wrecking my shrimp in the process?

-What’s the easiest and most stress free way to transfer shrimp? I’ve used a net before but don’t see it being viable for my tons of teeny ones
