A bottle of Chicken Cock Straight Whiskey and a bumper-ish crop of blackberries and mint from the garden inspired this FFAF cocktail!
Blackberry Smash
4 oz Chicken Cock Straight Whiskey (90 proof), 1 oz Demerara sugar simple syrup (2/1 rich solution), 1/2 oz blackberry syrup (Libor & Co., six lime quarters, four mint leaves and three blueberries.
Muddle mint, blackberries and limes, add whisky, simple syrup and blackberry syrup, shake, double strain over big cube. Garnish with/ Blackberry!
